The problems you are encountering may be due to cookies or JavaScript being disabled in your internet options. Please exit out the launcher and try the following steps:
1. Open Internet Options
Open Control Panel → Select Network and Internet → Choose Internet Options
2. Click on the Security tab and select the Custom level button
3. Scroll down to Active scripting. Select Enable, then click OK.
4. Click on the Privacy tab and then click the Default button if it is available.
5. Click OK and then open the FINAL FANTASY XIV launcher again.

- Log in to the Mog Station with your Square Enix account.
- Select 'Your Account'.
- Select the service account you want to register the code on.
- Select 'Enter Expansion Registration Code' and follow the instructions on-screen. (Note that you must have A Realm Reborn registered for the platform you are trying to redeem Shadowbringers on.)
- Start the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Online launcher and log in with your Square Enix account.
- Shadowbringers will be downloaded automatically.
A Note for Steam Users
Steam users can find their 20-digit Shadowbringers registration code by navigating to their Steam game library and selecting “FINAL FANTASY XIV Online.” Once on the FFXIV game page, find the “Links” section on the right-hand side and select “CD key.” Your Shadowbringers code will be listed there. Note that this code can only be redeemed on FFXIV (Steam) service accounts.
